Job Description

We are seeking a sports performance specialist to support the growth and success of our clients and teams. The ideal candidate is passionate about athlete care, injury prevention, and supporting optimal sports performance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assisting physiotherapists in implementing return-to-play plans.
  • Designing and supervising conditioning and rehabilitation programs.
  • Maintaining accurate injury and treatment records.
  • Educating patients on proper techniques, recovery strategies, and sports health.
  • Supporting team management with scheduling, event coverage, and performance monitoring.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A diploma or degree in sports science or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of sports injury management and athlete conditioning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant certification (e.g., NSCA/ACE/NCSF) is preferred.
  • Experience working with amateur or professional sports teams is advantageous.
