Job Description

As an Emergency and Critical Care Veterinarian, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care to small animals and exotic species. Your duties will include performing emergency surgical procedures, interpreting diagnostic findings, and developing effective treatment plans.

You will also be responsible for stabilizing and managing patients with trauma, toxic exposures, and acute medical conditions, as well as communicating effectively and empathetically with pet owners regarding diagnostics, treatment options, prognosis, and home care instructions.

Additionally, you will maintain accurate, timely, and comprehensive patient medical records, including clinical notes, diagnoses, and therapeutic plans.

Experience in small animal and/or exotic emergency and critical care practice is essential, as is certification in Emergency and Critical Care (ECC) or the ability to obtain it within a reasonable timeframe.
