Key tasks involve leading technical teams in troubleshooting and work proposals for corrective maintenance works, managing operations and maintenance activities at client premises, and ensuring proper execution of maintenance activities by contractors. You will also monitor and renew maintenance services contracts.

To excel in this role, you should possess a strong background in building services and facilities management, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant working experience. A Diploma in Building/Facilities Management/Building Services/Engineering from a recognized institute of higher learning is also required.
