Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Professional Office Coordinator to join our team at AMBITION GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. in Singapore.

About the Role
  • This is an exciting opportunity to support our office manager as needed, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • You will be responsible for arranging daily food deliveries with caterers and suppliers, maintaining a well-stocked and organized pantry, and serving as the primary point of contact for multiple external suppliers to maintain our physical environment.
  • A key aspect of this role is processing inbound/outbound mail to our Singapore office, distributing it to employees, and coordinating local and international carriers.
  • You will also be greeting visitors and coordinating in-person or virtual meetings, planning office events in Singapore, and submitting office expenses.
  • In addition, you will negotiate contracts with external vendors and liaise with internal stakeholders, manage multiple internal systems and processes, complete data entry to ensure accurate collation of information, and support HR with the onboarding/offboarding process.
Requirements
  • Prior experience supporting a headcount of at least 200 is essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Office is mandatory.
  • You must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of SGD $50,000 - SGD $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
