Scientific Researcher

Job Role:

We are seeking an experienced Scientific Researcher to design, execute, and analyze experiments to help develop new products and processes, as well as optimize existing ones.

The ideal candidate will use scientific methods to design, analyze, and report on experiments to solve difficult technical problems or enhance fundamental understanding.

This role requires a high level of expertise in upstream processing, equipment management, and data documentation. The successful candidate will also have strong communication skills to hold technical trainings, presentations, and lab tours for customers, distributors, and internal sales reps.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement experimental designs to achieve desired outcomes.

  • Conduct thorough analysis of experimental results and provide actionable insights.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in life sciences; PhD in life sciences desired.

  • Strong background in bioprocessing, cell biology, and molecular biology.

  • At least 3 years of experience in mammalian cell culture, preferably from the industry.

  • Proficiency in multiple languages, including Thai; proficiency in English required.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Familiarity with laboratory equipment and software.
