Job Description:

As an Okonomiyaki Service Crew member, you will be responsible for assisting with food preparation, taking orders, and providing excellent customer service. You will work in a fast-paced environment, handling cash transactions, packing orders correctly, and maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook okonomiyakis and other menu items
  • Take orders and operate the point-of-sale system
  • Manage cash transactions and maintain accurate records
  • Pack orders efficiently and ensure timely delivery
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in the food and beverage industry (any role)
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
  • Demonstrate a passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences
  • Meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years old
