Job Description

The role of Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator is a key position within our organization. We are seeking an individual with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating day-to-day warehouse operations, managing order fulfillment and transportation, streamlining shipping processes, and preparing shipping documents. The successful candidate will also assist in documentation preparation, support month-end stock takes, and provide administrative support to the Operations team.

Additionally, the Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for liaising with warehouse staff, internal departments, transportation providers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics coordination.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess a Diploma in Logistics/Transportation or equivalent. They should have experience with warehouse processes and documentation, as well as strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.). Effective verbal and written communication skills are essential, as are strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy.

Candidates should also be able to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and possess a good team player attitude with a proactive approach and customer service mindset.
