About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our executives and staff, ensuring seamless coordination of meetings, appointments, and training sessions. In addition, the role involves maintaining accurate filing systems, generating reports, and tracking key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and appointments for executives and staff.
  • Maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
  • Generate reports and track key performance indicators.

Requirements:
  • Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Relevant certification (e.g. Certified Document Controller) is a plus.
  • Proven experience in administrative work with strong understanding of documentation management systems.
  • Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
