Job Title: Early Years Educator

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated educator to provide a stimulating and safe learning environment for children aged 4-7 years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To develop and implement engaging and developmentally appropriate learning experiences that promote the development of each child.
  • To plan, teach, and assess through play-based pedagogy in the classroom.
  • To build positive relationships with all stakeholders, including parents and colleagues.
  • To reflect continually on your practice as an educator and commit to personal and professional development and growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A degree in Primary Education from an accredited institution and a recognized teaching qualification or certification.
  • Early years specific qualifications/specialisms, and/or experience working with a play-based curriculum.
  • An understanding of the place of play-based pedagogy in the classroom.
  • A commitment to diversity and inclusion is essential, alongside a willingness to adapt and develop pedagogy to meet the needs of all learners.
  • The ideal candidate will be a flexible, enthusiastic, and empathetic educator who can work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders.
