Music Educator Position

We are seeking a passionate and skilled vocal coach to join our team in Singapore.

Job Description:

  • Teach one-on-one and small group vocal/pop singing classes to adult students, providing personalized instruction to help them achieve their goals.
  • Adapt lessons to each student's vocal needs, goals, and preferred songs, with a focus on Mandarin pop music.
  • Track student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
  • Support occasional student performances or recitals, helping students showcase their talents.
  • Build positive relationships with students and contribute to a warm learning environment, fostering a sense of community among learners.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong singing ability, with good pitch, rhythm, and expression.
  • Familiarity with Mandarin pop music, or a willingness to learn and adapt to this style.
  • Basic piano or guitar accompaniment skills are helpful but not required.
  • Patient, friendly, and able to communicate effectively with students.
  • Passion for helping adult learners grow in confidence and skill, with a focus on creating a supportive learning environment.
  • Weekend availability is required, with weekday rest days available.
