**Senior Integration Specialist


We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Integration Specialist to join our team.


Job Overview

A key member of our integration team, you will be responsible for planning and executing the efficient integration of defense systems.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. IVV Planning & Execution: Plan and execute IVV activities to ensure adherence to defined requirements and quality standards.
  2. Test Strategies & Practices: Develop and implement effective test strategies, modules, and practices to minimize wasted effort or inefficiencies.
  3. Collaboration with Project Engineers: Work closely with project engineers to agree on testing durations and project risks.
  4. Resource Management: Manage test resources efficiently, including staff, software, and hardware.
  5. IVV Activity Estimation & Planning: Contribute to the estimation, planning, and execution of IVV activities.
  6. Global Team Collaboration: Coordinate activities with a global team to drive meaningful innovation and engineering a smarter future together.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  1. Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with 3-4 years' experience.
  2. Verification/Validation Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years related experience and/or training in Verification/Validation experience in large integrated systems.
  3. System Knowledge: Previous knowledge of Unix/Linux/Android systems.
  4. Defect Reporting & Management: Expertise in defect reporting, characterization, and management workflows - Use of common defect management and tools.
  5. Requirement Documentation: Ability to read and interpret requirement documentation - Use of common requirements management and tools.
  6. Project Management & Communication: Project Management and communication skills.
  7. Creativity & Problem Detection: Creativity in detecting and provoking possible problems.
  8. Common Test Practices: Expertise in common test practices (Functional tests, user scenario tests, automation).
  9. Test Case Writing: Previous experience writing test cases.
  10. Troubleshooting: Comfortable with handling and performing basic troubleshooting on IT software & hardware.
Preferred Skills
  1. Integration Experience: Minimum five (5) years of comprehensive experience in an software engineering integration, verification or validation team.
  2. Software System Integration: Experienced in the integration of software systems, able to coordinate activities internal and external to the system.
  3. Client Collaboration: Collaborate with clients, software developers, and other stakeholders to identify system requirements and ensure that our software products meet those requirements.
  4. Open-source Tools: Working experience with open-source configuration management and deployment tools such as Puppet or Chef, Docker, Kubernetes, and Linux scripting.
  5. Software Development Methods: Understanding of software development methods and electrical/mechanical design.
  6. User Interfaces & Networking: User Interfaces, Networking, wireless, and/or communication systems test experience, software APIs.
  7. Job Scope Versatility: Be versatile to be able to handle job scopes such as supporting bids and Work Package Management.
