Digital Product Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to support the development and enhancement of digital loyalty products in our ecosystem.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in system/product development, cloud computing or related disciplines, with excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Supporting the development and enhancement of digital loyalty products including change management, UI/UX review, training and deployment
  • Managing e-Voucher operations including orders, fulfillment, reporting and reconciliation
  • Developing training materials and conducting sessions to improve tenant and frontline staff effectiveness
  • Managing user access for Rewards portals and terminals ensuring smooth operational support

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in system/product development, cloud computing or related discipline
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior experience in a related role is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of cloud platforms e.g. AWS and intermediate MS Office skills
