Job Title:
Project Co-ordinator (Construction & Management)

Description:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled project co-ordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth progression of construction projects, from planning and coordination to completion.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate projects and site works
  • Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications, and management instructions
  • Plan and coordinate activities to prevent problems and ensure timely completion of projects
  • Submit reports and claims as required


Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have a solid understanding of construction management principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. You should also be able to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
