We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Audit Director to join our team at The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of assurance client portfolio, with a focus on ensuring compliance and achieving high-quality audit results. They will manage a portfolio of assurance clients, develop new client relationships, and ensure that audit engagements meet professional standards and requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple engagements concurrently with various teams to efficiently meet client deadlines
- Collaborate with partners on client issue resolution and make recommendations for legal, regulatory, and accounting issues
- Conduct internal training for assurance and other departments on SSA, SSQM, and FRS when required
- Possess up-to-date technical knowledge on auditing, IT, and accounting
- Coach and develop people by sharing knowledge with team members and helping them attain experiences that cultivate technical competences
Requirements:
- Must possess a Practice Certificate and be registered as a Public Accountant with ACRA
- Must hold the Chartered Accountant (CA Singapore) designation and be a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA)
- Proven track record in auditing Singapore-listed companies, demonstrating deep knowledge of relevant regulations and standards
