Job Description

We are seeking a talented professional to join our team in the Rail Regulation Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring rail operators' performance, conducting regulatory investigations on rail incidents, and implementing initiatives to ensure safe and reliable train services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring of rail operators' performance in areas of operation, maintenance and safety.
  • Conducting regulatory investigations on rail incidents.
  • Implementing initiatives to ensure safe and reliable train services.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering.
  • Highly adaptable team player who is able to work independently and multi-task in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to engage and manage multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, astute, meticulous and resourceful.
  • Good time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Good communication (both oral and written) as well as presentation skills.
  • Has knowledge in performing risk assessments, emergency planning, maintenance methodology and operation planning.
  • Proficient in MS Office (i.e., Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
