Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Finance Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all scheduled planning activities across the region and managing month-end close processes and reporting for APAC.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate all scheduled planning activities across the region, including creating and distributing templates, schedules, instructions, and calendars.
  • Consolidate and review country-level financial submissions for Plan, Update, and Latest Best Estimate (LBE), ensuring timely and accurate Area-level reporting.
  • Manage month-end close processes and reporting for APAC, including variance analysis and commentary.
  • Prepare and present financial and management reports, offering strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree with 15+ years of relevant experience in regional or multinational finance roles. Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and initiative are essential.
