Salary: SGD 60,000 - SGD 90,000 per annum

This role offers an attractive salary package with a competitive salary range of SGD 60,000 - SGD 90,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the RoleJob Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the maintenance and daily operations of our Data Center facilities, ensuring uninterrupted availability at all times and meeting contracted service level agreements and key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the maintenance and daily operations of Data Center facilities, including routine activities such as inventory control, critical systems checks, and functional testing.
  • Support service delivery to ensure contracted service level agreements and key performance indicators are met or exceeded.
  • Analyze data and identify trends to determine root cause and take appropriate action.
  • Provide technical support to all aspects of Data Center operations, including the operation, maintenance, and repair of mission-critical equipment and systems.
  • Assist in site construction activities and installations, coordinating with external contractors to ensure system design, installation, and testing adhere to operational standards.
  • Maintain compliance with local workplace safety & health standards and local electrical and building codes.
Requirements:
  • ITE/Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • No experience required as training will be provided.
  • Must be willing to learn.
  • Able to resonate with our culture of Respect, Teamwork, Drive.
  • 24x7 rotating shift duty.
  • Able to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex project documents, including AutoCAD, Visio, and PDF documents.
  • General technical and functional knowledge of data center infrastructure, including electrical and mechanical systems, fire detection and protection systems, building management systems, equipment maintenance, space planning, and construction of critical facilities environment.
