Job Title: HR Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and skilled HR Coordinator to join our team. As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the organization. This includes attending to visitors, handling phone calls, and maintaining office facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend to visitors with a positive and helpful attitude.
  • Handle phone calls and follow up on enquiries promptly and in a professional manner.
  • Oversee the maintenance of office facilities and equipment.
  • Coordinate with drivers for delivery schedules, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Plan and coordinate company events.
  • Handle all MOM work passes.
  • Act as the primary contact for employee queries and HR-related matters.
  • Update leave records.
  • Support learning and development programs.
  • Process government-paid leave applications and claims.
  • Maintain staff training records and assist in training administration.
  • Manage employee welfare and arrange wellness programs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in Construction.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
