Job Title

A seasoned BIM professional with expertise in Autodesk Revit seeks a challenging opportunity to share knowledge and skills with architects, engineers, and coordinators.


Roles & Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver WSQ-Accredited BIM Revit training sessions that equip learners with practical Autodesk Revit modelling skills aligned to industry standards.
  • Lead learners through detailed modelling workflows, documentation standards, BCA e-submission requirements, and Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) best practices.
  • Cultivate effective course delivery by sharing relevant project experiences and case studies that translate theory into practical, industry-relevant insights.
  • Provide constructive feedback and guidance on learner assignments and project work, ensuring they meet course objectives and industry expectations.
  • Maintain training delivery quality, adhering to WSQ accreditation criteria and current BIM and regulatory standards.

Requirements
  • Autodesk Certified Professional (ACP) in Revit (Architecture/MEP/Structure) or equivalent vendor certification OR Bachelor's/Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field with strong Revit project experience.
  • Relevant certification in Learning & Development, such as ACLP/ACTA or pedagogical certifications accepted by SkillsFuture Singapore.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of industry experience with subject matter knowledge in BIM project work-model authoring, coordination, and documentation.
  • Demonstrated participation in BIM Execution Plans, clash detection, and interdisciplinary coordination.
  • Prior certification and proficiency in Specialist BIM Certifications, Software Ecosystem Proficiency, and Portfolio & Teaching Experience are preferred.
