Executive Chef Position

We are seeking an accomplished Chef de Cuisine to lead our culinary team.

The ideal candidate will possess a passion for creating innovative and delicious dishes, with a strong desire to excel in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

  • Conduct menu planning sessions, meetings, and tastings to ensure exceptional quality and consistency.
  • Oversee and inspect food preparation and service to maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Assist in training employees to promote a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Manage daily kitchen activities, including food preparation, cooking, plating, and workflow optimization.
  • Maintain high standards for food quality and presentation, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor inventory, order supplies, and control food costs to ensure profitability.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing menus that meet customer expectations.
  • Leading a team of chefs and kitchen staff to achieve high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Maintaining accurate records of inventory, sales, and labor.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Chef de Cuisine in a similar environment.
  • An ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
  • Creative thinking to develop menus and improve kitchen operations.
  • Strong leadership skills to motivate and train staff.
