Project Oversight Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Project Oversight Specialist to lead and manage merchant technology projects from initiation to completion.

  • The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams, and proficiency in project management tools.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Scope Management: Define project scope, timelines, and resource allocation for merchant technology projects.
  2. Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with technical, sales, and operational stakeholders to ensure project deliverables meet expectations.
  3. Software Upgrades: Oversee software upgrades and hardware transitions execution, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to business operations.
  4. Reporting and Escalation: Provide daily updates to management and escalate issues as needed, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing impact on the business.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing end-to-end application projects.
  • Strong risk assessment and mitigation skills, with ability to identify and address potential project roadblocks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTable creation and VLOOKUP application.
  • Excellent communication and self-starter skills, with ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
