Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote and sell premium skincare products to customers, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Provide expert skincare advice and consultations to empower customers with knowledge and confidence.
  • Build meaningful relationships with customers through effective communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to address customer inquiries and offer tailored recommendations.
  • Support product demonstrations and promotions to drive sales and engagement, fostering a positive shopping experience.
Requirements:
  • Passion for skincare and beauty products, driving a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong connections with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Ability to engage and connect with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Sales-driven with a positive attitude, focusing on delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Prior experience in skincare or beauty retail is advantageous, but not necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided.
  • Flexibility to work on weekends and/or public holidays and after office hours, accommodating business needs.
