Job Title: Customer Relationship ConsultantAbout the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced customer relationship consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming inquiries and respond to emails and messages from diverse family groups in a timely and professional manner.
  • Deeply understand client needs and provide thoughtful, tailored solutions to meet their expectations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and follow up on issue resolution to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Proactively analyze client feedback and propose improvement strategies to enhance our services.
  • Actively promote company-organized events or programs for clients to foster engagement and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills; fluency in Mandarin and dialect is a plus to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Patient and detail-oriented individual with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • A confident, proactive, and determined personality with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
