Senior/Engineer, Pre-sales Specialist

About the Role:
M1 is seeking a highly skilled Pre-sales Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our pre-sales team, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end ICT solutioning, developing high-quality proposals, and ensuring timely submission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and negotiate with partners and vendors on commitments and commercial terms.
- Work closely with sales teams to understand customers' requirements and formulate bid win strategies.
- Perform effective engagement with bid stakeholders, customers, and partners for bid submission.
- Develop and manage RFP documents, ensuring compliance with finance and legal guidelines.
- Manage risk logs and mitigation plans, and work with pricing managers to ensure proposed pricing aligns with overall bid strategy.
- Perform bid presentations and contract negotiations with customers.
- Conduct sales engagements to closure, building business cases and presenting proposals to management.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- Certification(s) in Cisco CCNP/CCIE (R&S), Aruba (ACCP, ACMP, ACDP, ACSP), Fortinet (NSE4 and above), CheckPoint, Palo Alto, AWS, Azure, CISSP (added plus).
- 3-5 years of relevant working experience in the ICT/Telecom industry or pricing roles.
- Experience in managing, deploying, monitoring, or configuring security-related components.
- Experience in High-Level Design and Low-Level Design for various ICT solutions.
- Good understanding of Microsoft O365, Exchange, on-premise AD, and Azure AD.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and project management skills.
