Job Title: Dance Movement Educator

Overview:
A passionate and dynamic educator is sought to join our team as a Dance Movement Educator. This role combines teaching responsibilities with general operations and customer service support.

Roles & Responsibilities:

    Dance Instruction:

     Plan and deliver structured lessons that build both skills, confidence, and interest in dance for students of all levels.

     Conduct rehearsals outside of regular class hours to ensure optimal performance outcomes.

    Operations & Admin Duties:

     Take attendance and maintain accurate student records.

     Coordinate class schedules and studio use effectively to maximize productivity.

     Manage communications with parents/guardians regarding student progress, events, and policies.

     Assist with student registration and enrolment processes to ensure smooth transitions.

     Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the studio to ensure a safe and enjoyable learning environment.

     Collaborate with other staff or guest choreographers for special events and performances.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

     Prior experience teaching dance, especially to young children, is essential.

     Strong background in hip-hop or street dance styles is required for this position.

     Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for effective collaboration and parent engagement.
