Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Operations Management Executive. As a key member of our loan operations team, you will be responsible for assisting in digital transformation initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget. You will also provide backup support for processing tasks as needed and ensure seamless operations during staff absences or peak periods.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate project activities to ensure timely completion and monitor progress
- Identify and recommend process enhancements to increase efficiency
- Develop and maintain documentation of project processes and procedures

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in business, Business IT, Finance, or related field
