Logistics Operations Clerk Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Logistics Operations Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics or operations, with a focus on container trucking.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Register and manage job files and quotation lines;
  • Verify container details, ETA, trip options, weight class, and delivery location;
  • Calculate charges based on tariff, depot receipts, and LOLO costs;
  • Coordinate with drivers, vendors, and depots for accurate cost tracking;
  • Generate standard and reimbursement invoices in iLogon system;
  • Maintain weekly billing summary reports and update customer reference numbers;
  • Liaise with internal teams to confirm job accuracy before billing;
  • Email e-invoices or manual invoices as per customer requirements;
  • Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in logistics or operations (preferably in container trucking);
  • Basic knowledge of Portnet, depot processes, and transport billing;
  • Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with ERP/invoicing systems;
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines;
  • Good communication and coordination skills;
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team;
