Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage your own trading desk, taking full ownership of your strategies and P&L
  • Develop, implement, and continuously enhance quantitative trading strategies
  • Conduct market research to uncover new alpha opportunities
  • Test and optimize trading models and algorithms to enhance performance
  • Stay on top of market trends and macroeconomic developments that affect your trading strategies
  • Collaborate with quant researchers, engineers, and traders to optimize and scale strategies

Expertise in quantitative analysis, market microstructure, and alpha generation is a must. High-frequency trading experience, risk management, and execution systems will also be valuable additions to your skillset.
