Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Test Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our test equipment and fixtures.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of test equipment and procedures, with experience working in a fast-paced production environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend to daily production test equipment breakdowns and conduct preventive maintenance on test fixtures
  • Compile production test yield reports and provide data analysis to support process improvements
  • Assist test engineers in setting up new product introductions (NPI) and troubleshooting failed printed circuit assemblies (PCAs)
  • Participate in root cause analysis for high fallout rates at In-Circuit Test (ICT) and Functional Test (FCT)

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience working in a test PCBA environment
  • Knowledge of Agilent 3070 ICT tester is an asset
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekdays and weekends
