Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Painting Project Manager to oversee all aspects of our painting projects. This role involves managing a team of painters to ensure work is completed efficiently, on time, and to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Task Assignment: Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members ensuring effective project execution.
  • Surface Preparation: Prepare surfaces for painting, adhering to quality control standards.
  • Crew Supervision: Supervise crew members to ensure they have the necessary tools and materials.
  • Quality Control: Inspect work in progress to identify potential issues and implement corrective measures.
  • Client Coordination: Coordinate with clients and other trades to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Painting, Construction Management or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a painter or painting supervisor.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy equipment.
