About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team at Amecis Office Furniture LLP. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our high-quality office furniture solutions to a diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Marketing: Conduct sales duties at our showroom, focusing on promoting loose furniture items that are in stock.
  • Customer Service: Respond promptly and courteously to customer queries, providing comprehensive information and assistance.
  • Design and Consultation: Engage with customers to understand their requirements and preferences, and present them with tailored design proposals.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the complete sales cycle, including assisting customers with product selection, interior design recommendations, and coordinating with other teams such as logistics, procurement, and project management.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Liaise and coordinate with various stakeholders, including logistics partners, procurement teams, project managers, and subcontractors, to ensure smooth execution of sales orders.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks such as preparing sales quotations, generating invoices, compiling reports, and responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the furniture or interior design industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers effectively.
  • Negotiation and Persuasion: Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Interior Design Knowledge: Knowledge of interior design concepts and trends is advantageous.
  • Multitasking and Efficiency: Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software is preferred.
  • Education: Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is desirable.
