Job Title: Claims Processor

We are seeking a skilled Claims Professional to handle administrative tasks related to claim processing, documentation management, and client communication. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate claims processing.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide efficient support to the claims team in ensuring timely and accurate claims processing.
  • Prepare, review, and submit claim forms along with relevant supporting documents while adhering to regulatory standards and company policies.
  • Update claims status on internal systems, providing clear and concise information to clients and stakeholders.
  • Liaise with insurance partners, healthcare providers, and third-party administrators to resolve claims-related issues efficiently.
  • Support the administration of individual and corporate policies, guaranteeing seamless service delivery to clients.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to PDPA regulations and compliance requirements.

Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to multitask, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines while demonstrating adaptability and resilience.
  • Experience in the general insurance industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel) and PDF editing software, with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
  • Insurance certifications such as BCP, PGI, ComGI, and HI are beneficial but not essential.
