Job Description:

The ideal candidate for this role will be a dedicated and passionate educator with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As a teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of our students.

  • Develop engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse student needs
  • Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that promotes social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth
  • Conduct daily classroom activities that meet unique child needs
  • Collaborate with partner teachers to deliver high-quality programs
  • Establish routines and enforce effective classroom management procedures
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Proven ability to lead by example and inspire confidence in others
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • Familiarity with play-based approaches (an asset)
  • Flexible, energetic, enthusiastic, and patient individual who can connect with children
  • Compassionate and understanding nature
  • Imagination, creativity, and a sense of humor
  • Ability to nurture children's self-esteem and build strong relationships
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (oral and written)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Skills:
  • Microsoft Office suite (including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
  • Classroom management and organization
  • Interpersonal and communication skills
