The Opportunity

Snaphunt is seeking a skilled L2 Application Support Engineer to join its team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in application support and strong technical skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve application issues within agreed SLAs, troubleshoot user-reported problems, and prevent recurrences through root cause analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex issues and provide long-term solutions.
  • Document solutions for future reference, support go-live implementations, and assist with testing in pre-production and production environments.
  • Ensure technical support meets 24x7 SLA requirements and perform rotational on-call duties.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience with Java, J2EE, Oracle, SQL/PLSQL, APIs, XML, and basic OS knowledge (Linux, Windows, Solaris).
  • Familiarity with SpringBoot, AWS services, and financial systems (payments) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
