About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of various cuisines, particularly South Indian and North Indian dishes, as well as Chinese and international recipes. Experience in preparing a wide range of breakfast items, chutneys, masalas, kurumas, sambars, rasams, poriyals, vegetables, biryanis, and snacks is essential.

A strong background in cooking techniques, food safety, inventory control, restaurant management, nutrition, directing, and food service is also required.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare all types of breakfast dishes, including Idly, Dosa, Poori with Aloo Pongal, and Upma.
  • Cook various chutneys, masalas, and kurumas, such as Tomato, Coconut, Onion, Green Chutney, Channa, Green Peas, Black Eye Beans, Mix Veg, AlooGobi, Navarathna.
  • Prepare different types of sambars, rasams, poriyals, and vegetables, including Kadamba Sambar, Grinded Sambar, Pepper Rasam, Jeera Rasam, Lemon Rasam, Garlic Rasam, Tomato Rasam, Pumpkin, Snack Guard, Spinach, Kadai veg, Chettinadu Masala, Avail.
  • Cook a variety of north Indian and Chinese dishes, such as Palak paneer, Paneer Butter Masala, Kadai Paneer, Fried Rice, Noodles, Chicken-65, Chilli Chicken, Chicken Fried Rice, Chicken Noodles.
  • Biriyani and snacks like Veg Biriyani, Veg Pulao, Mushroom Pulao, Chicken Biriyani, Fish Biriyani, Cutlet, Channa Pattura, Types of Vada, Types of Pakkoda, Bonda, Bajji.
  • Prepare soups, desserts, and sweets, including Tomato Soup, Veg Clear Soup, Cream of Veg Soup, Chicken Clear Soup, Sweet Corn Chick Soup, SweetCorn Veg Soup, Egg Soup, Mushroom Soup, Laddu, Club Jamun, Keasari, Different Types of Payasams, Sweet pongal.
Requirements
  • Experience in preparing all the above mentioned recipes.
  • Ability to work on weekends and public holidays.
  • Knowledge of ingredients, food safety, cooking techniques, inventory control, restaurant management, nutrition, directing, and food service.
