Job Title: Customer Service Administrator
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join our team at MindChamps Preschool. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our parents, handling administrative tasks, and supporting the overall operations of the school.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer service to our clients via phone and other communication channels
  • Manage student enrolment and update student profiles accurately
  • Verify student attendance and input data on the ECDA website
  • Prepare monthly reports and forms, such as teachers' and children's attendance, menu plans, and sign-in/out records
  • Conduct daily health checks on children upon arrival
  • Assist parents with purchases and issue invoices/receipts
  • Handle stock-taking and restocking of supplies
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management

Requirements:
  • Diploma in Business or Customer Service Management (advantageous)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous, organized, and able to multitask
