Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Principal Civil Engineering Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting Project Managers in the execution of projects as part of the project team.

The successful candidate will provide technical support in various stages of project development, including conceptual design, design development, contract documentation, authority submissions, contract administration, site meetings, etc.

You will also be responsible for preparing schematic design, layout, calculations, technical reports and specifications, etc.

Liaising with external consultant teams, architects, contractors and suppliers to resolve project issues is an essential part of this role.

In addition, you will supervise and review the work of Assistant Engineers, Designers and/or Drafters in the project team.

Discussing and proposing solutions to technical issues and improvement on design standards is also a key responsibility.

Achieving these goals requires strong technical knowledge and competency.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you should possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil Engineering).

No work experience is required, but preferably Entry Level specialized in Engineering - Civil and Structural or equivalent.
