Establish a high-impact finance leadership role that drives financial excellence across six markets in the APAC region. As a Regional Finance Manager, you will be responsible for leading finance operations, developing strategic financial plans, and ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
">Job Description:Lead finance operations across six markets in the APAC region, driving financial excellence and process improvements.
Develop and execute financial strategies, models, forecasts, and budgets aligned with regional objectives, fostering collaboration and alignment with cross-functional teams.
Manage treasury and funding operations, including cash flow forecasting, credit facilities, and regulatory covenant compliance to ensure strong internal controls and compliance with US GAAP and local standards.
Collaborate with finance teams across multiple markets to drive standardisation, process improvements, and exceptional service delivery, providing financial guidance to regional leadership and supporting key business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement regional financial planning, consolidation, and treasury operations strategies aligned with business objectives.
Foster a culture of innovation, entrepreneurship, and continuous improvement, leveraging technology to drive efficiency and productivity gains.
Drive stakeholder engagement and communication, providing regular updates on financial performance and progress against targets.
Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures, and maintaining the highest levels of integrity and professionalism.
Ensure effective coordination and collaboration with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners to achieve business outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field, with professional qualifications in CA, CPA, ACCA, etc.
Minimum 12 years of working experience, preferably in a multinational environment, with a proven track record of success in regional finance leadership roles.
Proven expertise in regional financial planning, consolidation, treasury operations, and strategic funding, with technical competency and hands-on application of US GAAP.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder-engagement skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders, colleagues, and external partners.
Strategic business partner with strong leadership qualities, able to bring clarity and direction amidst uncertainty, and drive business growth through collaborative and innovative approaches.
Ability to travel occasionally within APAC to engage with stakeholders, team members, and clients as required.
