We're seeking a skilled Big Data Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll design and implement offline data architectures for large-scale recommendation systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, computer science, or a related field, with experience working with open-source frameworks such as Hadoop, Hive, Flink, Spark, and Kafka.

You'll collaborate with our algorithm team to enhance recommendation effectiveness and user experience, while ensuring the stability and high availability of our recommendation system architecture.

  • Design and implement flexible, scalable, and high-performance storage and computing systems.
  • Troubleshoot production system issues and design necessary mechanisms and tools to ensure overall system stability.
  • Build industry-leading distributed systems for massive data and large-scale business systems.
  • Develop and implement techniques and analytics applications using data-oriented programming languages and visualization software.
  • Apply data mining, data modeling, natural language processing, and machine learning to extract and analyze information from large structured and unstructured datasets.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A degree in software development, computer science, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with multiple open-source frameworks in the big data field.
  • Strong coding and trouble-shooting abilities.
