Stockroom Specialist Role Overview

\

This is a dynamic and rewarding opportunity to join our team as a Stockroom Specialist, working in a fast-paced environment that's passionate about wellbeing.

\

As a key member of our stock management team, you will be responsible for ensuring POS refill and managing stock flow from receiving, processing, product discrepancies. You will also handle stock room audits and support the stock-to-floor process with proper merchandising procedures.

\

You will be expected to handle complex or non-standard inventory and delivery issues, including receiving and checking goods against delivery notes. Additionally, you will assist in the execution of product transfers, RTV packing, obsolete/defects follow-up, and maintain accurate records.

\

Other responsibilities include maintaining a clean and organized stockroom, performing bin maintenance, and supporting an engaged customer experience by maintaining an efficient stockroom. You may also be required to perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Strong interest in wellbeing and a passion for sports\

  • Has warehousing experience (a plus) but not essential\
  • Motivated team player with a cheerful disposition and strong desire to achieve results\
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays\
  • Enthusiastic about providing exceptional customer service and contributing to a positive team culture\
  • Able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure\

  • Ability to lift heavy items (up to 25kg) and stand for extended periods\

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly\
