Procurement Executive Position

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to procure goods, materials, components or services in line with specified cost, quality and delivery targets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing/competitive quotation so as to ensure that the best value is achieved. This will involve evaluating, negotiating and awarding orders to selected suppliers.

Key responsibilities include ensuring timely delivery of goods and services, achieving Service Level Agreements (SLA) of Shared Services Centre (SSC), and ensuring compliance to purchasing policies and procedures.

The Procurement Executive will also resolve price, quality, and delivery or invoice issues, build and maintain relationships of both internal and external stakeholders, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts on work process efficiency.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Diploma in Business Administration/Procurement/Supply Chain Management or equivalent
  • At least two years of experience in Procurement as a Buyer
  • SAP Hands-on and Microsoft Office experience
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication & planning skills
  • Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced shared services environment
