Job Description
Tunnel Geologists at GAMUDA BERHAD SINGAPORE BRANCH are responsible for conducting soil condition interpretations and overseeing all tunnel works. Key responsibilities include planning executive work schedules, highlighting technical issues, site evaluation of geological properties, and coordination with instrumentation contractors.

Requirements:
To excel in this role, candidates must possess a degree in a Geological-related field and have at least 5 years of working experience. Compressed air fit is mandatory, and willingness to work on non-work days when required is essential.

About the Role
This Excavation Geologist position offers a competitive salary of SGD $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team that prioritizes safety, quality, and innovation in delivering tunnel infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct interpretation of actual soil conditions and test results.
  • Oversight of all tunnel works.
  • Planning of executive work schedule based on contract schedule for responsible area.
  • Highlight technical issues and update the Tunnel Manager as and when necessary.
  • Liaise and coordinate with instrumentation contractors for instrumentation and monitoring.
