Ecosystem Development Director

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the development of ecosystem-building efforts and cultivate partnerships across stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in driving national-level interventions, building industry partnerships, and translating knowledge into strategic initiatives.

A strong background in business administration, management, or social sciences is essential for this role, as well as experience in leading research projects and guiding complex stakeholder engagement.

Core responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies for COG, managing engagements with ecosystem partners, and establishing national platforms and programs that advance businesses' 'doing good' agendas.

Cross-Team Integration

This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between corporate engagement partnerships, impact, and development functions.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of platform strategies and be able to engage in complexity thinking.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in industry and/or market development
  • Experience in overseeing and leading business-related programs
