We are seeking an experienced financial professional to lead valuation engagements and conduct independent appraisals for businesses and financial instruments. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in financial modeling, commercial data analysis, and client relationship management to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute pitches for new work, prepare proposals, and present them to clients.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients before, during, and after engagements.
  • Mentor and supervise team members on valuation and valuation-related services.
  • Collaborate with partners and staff on client management, practice development, and business development activities.

Requirements

  • Strong academic background, preferably with a professional qualification in accounting/finance/CFA/FRM.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in valuation acquired within a reputable accounting and/or professional services firm.
  • Proven expertise in business and intangible assets valuation concepts; proficiency in financial instruments valuation is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation/report writing skills, combined with a good understanding of business dynamics and commercial value drivers.
  • A self-motivated individual who understands financial issues within a commercial context and is able to operate within a team environment.
  • Ability to work independently and develop strong relationships with senior management and partners.
