Job Title: RPA Trainer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RPA Trainer to join our dynamic Learning and Development team at eduCLaaS. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Automate and PowerApps, and possess an Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) or ACTA.

Job Summary:

The RPA Trainer will be responsible for equipping our learners with the skills needed to maximize operational efficiency through automation and low-code development. This role is essential in ensuring our learners have the necessary knowledge and skills to succeed in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver training programs for RPA and Power Platform
  • Develop and contextualize training materials
  • Conduct hands-on workshops and training sessions
  • Mentor and guide learners through complex technical concepts and projects
  • Manage multiple assignments and projects simultaneously

Requirements:

  • Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) is mandatory
  • Proven experience in Microsoft Power Platform, particularly in Power Automate, PowerApps, and Dataverse
  • Strong understanding of workflow automation, condition and control structures, and dynamic decision-making within Power Automate
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in contextualizing training materials and conducting hands-on workshops
  • Ability to mentor and guide learners through complex technical concepts and projects
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments and projects simultaneously

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with SharePoint, Excel, and document generation in the context of Power Automate
  • Familiarity with low-code development and business process analysis
  • Previous experience in a corporate training or educational setting
