Job Title: Fleet Operations Manager

Overview: We are seeking an experienced Fleet Operations Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of our B2B delivery operations.

  • Develop and implement efficient delivery routes using transportation management systems, ensuring timely deliveries and minimizing costs.
  • Monitor driver performance, track progress, and manage any exceptions or customer issues that arise during daily operations.
  • Provide guidance and support to drivers on delivery procedures, safety protocols, and documentation requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to all safety regulations governing B2B deliveries and promote a culture of safety awareness among drivers.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to B2B delivery operations and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in fleet management, transportation logistics, or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to optimize routes and resolve operational issues.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to guide drivers and manage teams.
