The primary objective of this position is to handle guest bookings and reservations with a high level of professionalism and efficiency.

  • Ensure that all bookings are accurate and up-to-date by checking next day's arrivals from various channels, and addressing any discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Provide guests with excellent customer service by being proactive in identifying available rooms for sale and up-selling accordingly.
  • Respond promptly and tactfully to incoming calls, booking requests, and inquiries using established standards via email or fax.
  • Process reservations received from telephone calls in accordance with established procedures.
  • Coordinate daily with the Room Service Department to prepare special requests for guests' amenities.
