We are seeking an experienced Senior Governance Professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing data governance frameworks and policies that drive business growth and transformation.

In this role, you will partner with business and IT teams to oversee data quality, metadata, and data lineage, using tools like Collibra and Alteryx to support governance initiatives and automate reporting. Your strong communication, documentation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills will be essential in maintaining documentation for Key Data Elements (KDEs), data flows, and governance procedures, while coordinating governance efforts across regions and projects to ensure consistency.

To succeed in this position, you will require a Bachelor's degree in any discipline and at least 7 years of experience in data governance or data management within the banking or financial services sector. In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as MAS and BCBS 239 is crucial, as well as experience with Collibra or Alteryx, and familiarity with KDE, metadata, or regulatory reporting automation.
