Wildlife Attractions Experience Specialist

The Mandai Wildlife Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at the Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore. The plan integrates five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces, and an eco-friendly resort.
Job Duties:
To provide feedback on any issues and gaps arising from stress tests of equipment, systems, and processes during the pre-opening phase.
Support the team in moving furniture, fittings, and equipment into the attraction area.
E nsure smooth day-to-day operations of the attractions, including queue and crowd management, cleanliness, and show quality.
Deliver excellent guest experience, manage guest feedback on-ground, and close service lapses.
E nsure all attractions operate in accordance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
Execute ideas to improve business growth, attractions enhancements, safety standards, guest experience, and operational efficiency.
Perform ticketing and cash handling procedures.
Assist with full-scale event logistics, venue set up, and post-event teardown.
Monitor guest areas to identify and clear used plates, cups, cutlery, and other dining items during event days.
F acilitate planned party activities and games.
Plan and conduct interactive storytelling sessions.
- Prior customer service or attractions' experience will be an added advantage.
- Service-driven, pleasant, courteous, and confident disposition.
- Excellent communication skills with good command of written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in other languages will be an added advantage.
- Good team player who can also work independently.
- Physical fitness to endure long hours of standing.
- Able to work on rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays.
