We're looking for a Senior Designer to join our team in Singapore or Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in workplace interiors and be proficient in Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and MS Office.

Job Description

The successful Senior Designer will be involved in all project stages from concept development to design documentation, through to construction administration. They will be responsible for preparing, delivering, and winning design presentation opportunities for new medium-sized projects, developing client solutions, and brainstorming with in-house strategic planners.

The Senior Designer will also interface consistently and proactively with clients to ensure a smooth project delivery from inception to closure. They will establish and maintain a high level of trust between the project team, client, and other project stakeholders.

Additionally, the Senior Designer will supervise the work and progress of Design team drawings, studies, specifications, and other project tasks on multiple projects. They will mentor and coach junior designers for enhanced teamwork and skill-building.

The ideal candidate will have strong conceptual design talent, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. They will also have exceptional people skills, strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

The Senior Designer will have experience working as a designer on mid-to-large scale workplace projects and be able to move from small project to big picture perspective in order to develop a holistic strategy geared toward design deliverables.
